CREDIT CARD USAGE/CANCELLATIONS
Some accommodations require reservations to be prepaid, while others require a credit card number to secure or hold your reservation. Any prepayment or guarantee requirements are clearly stated during the booking process for your review prior to making a reservation. Flexibooking.com does not make any charges to your credit card. Your credit card details are transmitted to the accommodation you make a reservation with, using industry standard security procedures. HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION AVAILABILITY

In the rare event that a double booking occurs, the accommodation may place you in an alternative accommodation of a similar standard. The accommodation holds the right to cancel any booking for any reason it sees fit. In such cases the accommodation will notify you by e-mail.
