Our booking process is secure, smart and flexible. Enter the desired accommodation
type (if any), destination, travel dates, number of guests and the currency
you would like the prices displayed in. Click 'Next' and our booking engine
will display a list of available accommodations with rates.

- How are accommodation owners/managers able to offer discounted rates
online?
Booking a room online is a less expensive way to sell the room. The savings
are passed on to the consumer as discounted rates for the accommodation rooms.

- What other fees or taxes may be charged when I book a room?
Accommodation rates displayed on the site may or may not include taxes. Additional
fees, such as taxes, room service, resort charges and processing fees may
apply. These charges (if any) are displayed clearly in the accommodation's
info.

- What payment methods does flexibooking.com accept?
Flexibooking.com is a booking service provided to you free of charge. Your
Visa or MasterCard is required by the accommodations as a guarantee of your
booking. All credit card details are transmitted securely through a 128 bit
SSL encryption which is certified by Verisign.

- What is the room rate displayed in the search results?
The rates displayed in the search results page is the total number of adults
and children (if any) bythe total number of nights.

- Can I see additional details about the accommodation?
Every accommodation on flexibooking.com displays pictures, maps, location
and information to assist you in selecting the one that best suits your needs.

- Do I need to submit personal information to flexibooking.com?
You are not required to submit any personal information to search
flexibooking.com for rates. However, when booking a room, some information
is necessary to complete the booking. This information is in turn passed on
to the accommodation with whom the booking is being made.

- Can I book more than one room at a time?
At this time, you can only book one room at a time.

- Can I use special coupons from the accommodation?
Currently, we do not accept special accommodation coupons for your booking.

- How do I retrieve my room booking after it is made?
First make sure you are logged in (follow the 'Login / Register' link at the
top of the homepage). Then click on 'My Bookings' to the left of your screen.
Here you can view all your bookings, past and present using various filtering
options.

- What will I need to check-in?
When checking-in to the accommodation, you will need to present identification.
In some cases you will also need a valid credit card to pay for incidental
charges, such as telephone calls, parking and room service. We encourage you
to also take along a copy of your flexibooking.com booking confirmation e-mail.

- How do I check-out?
When checking-out of the accommodation you will be required to pay your accommodation bill as stated clearly in your booking confirmation (unless paid during
check-in) and any additional services you may have used during your stay.
These additional charges may include such items as room service, energy surcharges,
resort fees and parking.

- What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Please keep in mind that reservations are subject to cancellation penalties
if cancelled after the 'non-cancellation date' stated clearly during the booking
process and are non-transferable/non-changeable. If you need to cancel a reservation,
it must be done through this web site and not directly through the accommodation.
Cancellation fees if any are charged by the accommodation. Please refer to
your original booking confirmation for specific accommodation cancellation
policy information.

- Can I change my dates of stay?
Currently, changes to your booking are not supported; you must cancel the
original booking and re-book for the new dates. However, we suggest you first
check availability for the new desired dates, to avoid any disappointment
from cancelling your first booking if the new dates are not available. Cancellation
fees may apply, as the first reservation is considered as cancelled.
Please refer to your original booking confirmation for specific accommodation
cancellation policy information.

The flexibooking.com booking confirmation page issued at the time of booking and the e-mail confirmation are not receipts. If you need a receipt, you will have to ask at the accommodation when settling the bill.
